Aptitude – The combination of intelligence and life experiences. When intentionally applied, wisdom is created.

Attitude – How people perceive or feel at any given time.

  • Jazzed – Passionate, constructive, optimistic
  • Jobbers – Going along, “the job is the job”
  • Jaded – Cynical, negative, victim mind-set
