Creative vs. Reactive

One of the most impactful ways to demonstrate leadership, regardless of title or level of authority, is to be creative vs. reactive.  Aside from very different definitions, the only difference between these two words is the location of the letter c.

When people begin to “C “ things from a new perspective their world can change in an instant.  By moving the letter C in the word reactive to the first character, the word is transformed.  The same can be said for a person.

Great leaders continually seek creative ways to produce desired results.

We all live in the “perpetual moment of now.”  Every instant of every day, we are making choices.  Leaders demonstrate their courage and commitment to becoming creative thinkers, speakers and doers.

Are you creative or reactive?  The choice and the results your produce are yours.
